But I would worry about the bad weather.

If I can = could fly on = in the sky, I want to all countries = would visit all the countries I desire.
I don't = wouldn't need to ask for permission from other countries and pay for airline ticket = tickets.
It is very reasonable in terms of saving money when I use flying transportation.
