Describe one habit you want to change or improve. Why do you want to change it, and what steps can you take?
I have an excessive will to control things, even if it is impossible to realize.
I know that I can't control everything around me and there are many uncontrollable events. / I understand that not everything around me is within my control and that many things are unpredictable.
But I try to intervene in these matters, sicne = I have tried to intervene in these maters since I was young.
This habit have = has bothered me long times = for a long time, and I want to remove = change it.
To achieve it = this, I need to forgive something = certain things and accept any result that I don't make an intention = results that are beyong my control.
I must keep in mind that something to control is just = the only thing I can contriol is my own mind.
