Why: Corrected plural forms, added clarity, fixed “cloth dryer” → “clothes dryer,” “airconditioner” → “air conditioner,” and “tn” → “in.”

But I think computer is very most for me in these time. = But I think the computer is the most important for me at this time.  
Why: Added “the,” replaced “very most” with “the most important,” and corrected “these time” → “this time.”

Because, I`m really during to boring time recently. = Because I’ve really been bored recently.  
Why: Simplified awkward phrasing; corrected “during to boring time” → “been bored
