  We, People, are required to do multiple roles same time such as a father, husband, employer and employee etc. Sometimes during these juggling, it¡¯s inevitable for them to feel frustrated and feel unhappy. The worst part to be like that is to get angry and show temper to other people. So I believe that to stay calm and not to express anger to others are very important. I assume drinking problems away like many people do isn¡¯t good. Because I think it is just to evade it, not to get over it. So for me, I prefer to go to the gym and do workout. Doing exercise and making sweat is always very helpful way for me to make my emotion calm. After that I could get to try to figure out a problem and how to handle it. That¡¯s the way to try to stay positive for me.

In my case, I have to be a father, a husband, an employer and  an employee, etc. Sometimes during these juggling, it’s inevitable for them to feel frustrated and feel unhappy. = It's envitable not to feel frustrated and unhappy with juggling on your responsibilities. The worst part to be like that is to get angry and show temper to other people. = The worst part is to become moody and temperamental. So I believe that to stay calm and not to express anger to others are very important. = That's why, I believe that it is very important to stay calm.
I assume drinking problems away like many people do isn’t good. Because I think it is just to evade it, not to get over it. = I think drinking alcohol won't do any good especially when we have problems. I think it's not helpful for us to forget and it's just an excuse to evade problems. So for me, I prefer to go to the gym and do workout. Doing exercise and making sweat is always very helpful way for me to make my emotion calm.= In my case, I prefer to go to the gym and workout. Working out is very helpful for me to stay calm and relax.  After that I could get to try to figure out a problem and how to handle it. That’s the way to try to stay positive for me. = It makes easy for me to think of a solution to my problems. And for me, that's the best way to stay positive.
