Last Friday, I went to the gym and played squash game with others. At the game, I tumbled by my own foot and hurt my left leg. At that time I felt the pain wasn’t serious so I thought it wasn’t bad. But time after time the pain was getting bad and my left calf was getting swollen and turning blue. So I went to the E.R at midnight. The doctor said to me that the muscle of my calf was teared up and it would take a month to heal. If it is getting worse, I would have to wear a cast on my left leg.
During this weekend I am lying down with putting a cooling pack to it all to reduce the pain. I am kindda of worried of going to work next Monday. It would be a long month to get it recovered. |
