  I work in the office with around 30 colleagues. We have each lap top computer, each drawer and each chair, but don't have each desk. We use a big and long desk together, 3 persons for one side and also 3 persons for the other side. There is no partition in each desk for personal space. So we'are completely opened each other. It is very convenient to communicate with others and but disadvantage point is that we don't enjoy our own space.
