What are the usual requirements if you want to look for a baby sitter?

I guess most important ability for a baby sitter is the emotional communication
Because baby just cry when he is angry
Why he is crying?
No I don't know as well. Probably father can't understand the reason of the crying in spite of his baby = why the baby was crying even though it's his own child.
Usually mather= mother can know why he is crying such as sleepy, hungry, inconvinience= the baby is crying, i could be because the baby is sleepy, hungry or the baby is uncomfortable.

commonly women are more senstive than men
This senstivity is sometimes very helpful to communicate

So I guess
Woman is better person who hold the baby sitter = Woman is an ideal for a baby sitter.
And needs a little senstive character.
she is affordable one= She could be the best one.
