There is three pencel.=There are three pencils.
In this sentence, three is include unit.=In this sentence, three includes the unit. But we have to speak 3 yeonpil(It is a pensel in korea) jaroo(This is a unit of the pencel) =But we have to say 3 yeonpil (It is a pencil in Korea) jaroo(This is a unit of the pencil.)
We used to a variety of unit that product has a matched.=We use variety of units that can match the product.

I guess, that bound noun only exist in your country.
There's no such thing in English grammar.
Basic Rule. A singular subject (she, Bill, car) takes a singular verb (is, goes, shines), whereas a plural subject takes a plural verb.
Example: The list of items is/are on the desk.
If you know that list is the subject, then you will choose is for the verb. |
