There are many companies around my office. Since Doowonminds = Doowon Minds company was founded, most companies which is expert of outsourcing industry = companies have disappeared. So, I tried to think about the strengths and weaknesses of doowonminds = Doowon Minds. The main reason my father has managed it well is the well-built trust with his customers and his employees. My father always said that it is very important to keep an appointment in = on time and make sure that every employees got get paid correctly. In order to keep this minds, he checked out the loan of money form bank = bank loans and garanteed with = guaranteed his house. But there is not too much risk than I expected. Another reason is my design. Most companies in the outsourcing company do not have enough money to hire designers just for their work. But, my father resolutely hired his son as a designer and it became a lot of = very different point from = for many other companies.
However, doowonminds  = Doowon Minds had a lot of weaknesses in = for real. Most politicians discussed about a = the outsourcing industries and worried about that too much employee will be hired from not a original one but = hiring much more employees from outsourcing company than their direct hiring. Therefore, it brings a lot of changes that can be a disadvantages for my work. Another thing of weakness is that when the employee doesn’t work for a long time. Even though it depends on the individual's reason, I worried about a = this  vision of outsourcing industries in the future.
