* What should happen to leaders who created the refugee crisis? How can we help refugee children?

As we all know, incresing = increasing number of refugees is caused by a war. We can say that the person who create = "created" refugees as = is a dictator or a crazy man. I am sure that those people will be paid back brutally. Even though some dictators put his everything at a war, the biggest victims are normal people, especially children and women. I am worried that the children will lose a dream and hope = their hopes and dreams because of a war. They will have a hard time after war. That's why I donate money monthly to UNICEF. Without a strong belief, they could give up their life. They would be attracted by the = tempted to commit crimes such as stealing and robbery etc
