HW: How do you feel about exercise? Do you exercise daily? If so, what kinds of things do you do?
I would like to share my history of exercise rather than answering the quentions above because I don't exercise everyday thesedays :)
When I was 5 years old, my mom wanted to me take ballet lessons so I learned ballet until 7 years old. After that, I was not interested in exercise as well as I didn't fill it necessary to do. I had not excersice habbies before I start to take a yoga class 3 years ago. I learned yoga just for 3 months and it was very short period for learning it professionally. But I wanted to do it to correct my posture, and the effect was dramatic! I lost my weight almost 5kg, also it made straighten my nect and back. My legs always got swollen by end of the day, but after starting yoga the legs no longer get swollen. It also made me feel calm with quiet music. If I have to work out for my health, I would like to do yoga. |
