It is a problem of attitude. If we were normal person who didn't have psychological problems, we all have = had the ability to learn a new language. This can be proved that we can speak at least our mother tongue. However, many people got a problem to learn a new language. This just because people want to use the new language without spending time and effort. The way how to learn a new language does = is not different to the way we learned our mother tongue. We have been exposed in the environment that is filled with our mother tongue. To adjust this environment, we spent a lot of time and effort from baby. = when we were babies. Therefore, I can say that this is not a problem of ability, but a problem of attitude and method. Some people developed method to learn a new language, but they just focused on how to learn a new language easy and fast. They thought that this goal can be achieved if we memorize grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. That was not a right path to learn a new language. So if we use proper way to learn a new language like what we do when we were baby = babies, we can get it.
