Before I start, there are two kinds of normal people who are looking for job in our society except for those who are engaged in art, athlete and entertainment. The first one is that the people who want to be a part of company. And the other is that the people who want to manage their own company. Therefore, I think government should give job seekers two chances. At first, government should give a chance to experience various division. In this case, job seekers don't need to consider the value of company that they will have an internship. As their works of division are similar, government just make them connection with some company. Second, government should give job seekers who want to have their own company a chance to realize their idea. I think that government give them place to work, money to use and make them gather other similar people to cooperate with their work. If government make these platforms well, job problems will be decreased.
