When I was younger, I was not able to sleep well because of my big tonsil. At that time, I didn't realize that I can't sleep deeply. My mother said that even sometimes I stopped breathing. As I was young, maybe 5 or 6 years old kid, I didn't know exactly what my condition was. My parents were really worried about my sleeping condition. Therefore, they brought me to hospital and doctor said that I have a bigger tonsil than my age. Even though tonsil was important for immune system, this organ bothered me and my sleeping condition. We decided to take a surgery because we thought breathing was more important than immune system. After the surgery I slept well. One side effect of this surgery was my immune system of respiration that we already expected. So now, I got a cold twice in a year especially at the changing of seasons. Also, this cold always made me cough. Because of tonsil removing surgery, it was hard to cure cough in short time. It lasted at least two months and sometimes It lasted more than that. Now I don't have cough but I am little worried about the changing of seasons because that time is closing. = getting closer.
