I will write about Henry who is my American friend. We met last year in my university as a role of mentor and mentee. It was a mentoring program that korean students = given by Korean students to help foreign students to live easily in Korea. He was my first foreign friend and I wanted that he had a good impression = to have a good impression about Korea and our culture. So I did my best to help him and we spent a great time at that moment with doing various things. As semester ended, he went back to his country and we gradually did not connect = communicate with each other. However, recently I got an email from him that he came back to Korea and he got an English teaching position. I was so glad to receive that mail and his news. We made an appointment to meet soon. I felt both sorry and happy because I know it is important to connect but I didn't and I can see him again. Now I'm looking forward to meeting him.
