I prefer meals with lots of people. These days, eating alone is kind of trend in Korea because it seemed weird to eating = eat  alone before. But there's some change of social perception about not to feel self-conscious, these days. I agree with that social mood, but I still prefer meals with people.
I like being with people usually. When I eat foods with people, I can enjoy the atmosphere as well as the taste of food. It tastes more yummy with people, especially who are family or close friends. Also, we can catch up on each other's lives over a meal, so it can be my precious memory.
Usually, it is hard to control overeating when I eat alone watching TV, but I can control myself not to eat much with people. I think it's because a feeling of happiness fills that emptiness. If I have a good memory and I enjoy the taste of food much, I revisit that place with other people so I can have enjoyable time again. I prefer meals with people with those reasons.
