my opinion is that there are some kind of leadership in my country.  There are different kinds of Leadership in my Country
some leaders are prefer to lead members kindly like me  some Leaders prefer to lead the members kindly like me
but different leaders are prefer to control members hardly like your president. but, the other leaders prefer to control their members hardly just like your president
actually I think leaders have to get a respect from members in group. actually, I think that a leader must receive some respect from the members in a group
I don't know which leaders more better. because I didn't have a experience about readership.  I don't have an experience to be a leader that's why I don't know who amongst them have the good quality of being a leader

anyway if somebody want to be leader to get a respect from in the group.  anyway, if someone wants to be a leader they must get some respect from the member or people in a group
he or she have to hear there opinion. He/She must listen to other people's opinion
