When I feel upset or depressed, I sometimes don't want to do anything. But when my friend cheers me up, it motivates me a lot. Also, when I feel happy and satisfied, it makes me motivated because I feel like I can do anything. Lastly, eating delicious food motivates me. Eating is very important for me because it provides energy and nutrition and when the food is delicious, I feel happy.
