After 1 year we had been finished building factory. = After 1 year, we finished building the factory. I had met and talked with many businessman again at the factory in Vietnam. = I met and talked with many businessmen again at the factory in Vietnam. They had said that you spoke English very well now. = They said that I speak English very well now. Maybe I think that it's mean what I had been speaking English well than the time when they had met at officetel = I think what they meant was I had been speaking English well than the time they met me at the officetel. We had employed many staffs of office and works for operating factory =We employed many office staffs and operating factory workers. There are 9 staffs of Vietnam for managing department that it is my part and 7 staffs at sales department in the office part excluded the production part = There are 9 staffs in Vietnam for management department, which is I am part of. And there are 7 office staffs at the sales department; the production is excluded. They were all my teachers for=in English. I had said that "I could not speak English very well and all you are my teacher for studying English. You can do working easily with me without mistakes when I can speak English very well for working. So I will ask you everything for English everytime, if I need. It is for helping youself to help me." =  I told them, "I could not speak English very well, so all of you are my teacher in studying English. You can work easily with me without mistakes when I speak English very well. So if I need to ask, I will ask you everything in English everytime. It is for helping me".  I had have to wake up 4 am and to work untill 9 pm for 1 year since beginning work with office staffs =  I had to wake up at 4 am until 9 pm for 1 year and to work together with the office staffs. I had teached the work to my staffs and worked with them in English for accounting, tax and financial affairs, materials, trading and general affairs = I taught the work to my staffs and worked with them in English for accounting, tax and financial affairs, materials, trading and general affairs. I had read the letters of business in English from companies and institutions of government what translated by my staffs and reported my boss =  I had read the business letters in English from companies and government institutions that were translated by my staffs and later on reported to my boss. After staffs returned home I had checked memos in my pockets be written words of English, there were more than 30 pieces of memo everyday = After staffs returned home, I  checked memos in my pockets which were written in English; there were more than 30 pieces of memo everyday.
