Writing Homework: What makes you unique?

When I work hard and get back a good result, I feel I am a little bit more special than others. Nowadays, several young people give up their jobs very easy = easily because it is hard or difficult. For 4-5 years = Having been working for 4-5 years in this office, I have experienced crazy problems and difficult missions. At that time my captain who I believed truly left company and I was left.. = At that time, my team leader, who I trusted, left the company and me. Nobody can make some decision for my production, so I should decide all the things by myself in spite of wrong ones. = No one was making decisions for the production so I made the decisions myself  even they're  wrong ones. After big trouble passed away = resolving such a big problem, many people here have complimented about my performance. Eventually my general managers (top header = heads of my divisions) have recognized my real worth. Admitting about me makes me more unique… = Acknowledging my efforts makes me more unique.
