  It has been a debating issue we have to consider that how effectively reduce the food waste. I think there are two alternatives for food waste reduction. First of all, we have to look through putting the price high for food waste. Actually, most of countries have a same policy that they have same rate between trash and food waste. So, I think changing the rate of food waste higher than before, it might be great alternative to reduce the food waste. Secondly, Using RJFP(Real Junk Food Project) to reduce the food waste. I think this is brilliant as one of the alternative thoughts. The article shows that the food waste value of UK is $299 million worth a year! So, if we use RJFP which is kind of reverse logistic system, we can make new market from RJFP and also we can save the food resources with the high effectiveness.
