I find what I do alone to solve the problem and I fix the problem as nobody know. = I try to solve the problem alone without bothering anyone. But if I don't = can't fix it alone, I tell my manager or person who can solve about the ploblem. Last year, I had made a big mistake that is missing document of contract in office and I haven't find it before meeting with customer. = The contract was missing and I couldn't find it. I needed it before I would meet the customer. I was emberassing = embarrassed so I told about it to my manager. Fortunately, she had a soft copy of the contract as I finished safely the meeting safely with customer.
