In Russia, China and many other countries, there is a tradition of choosing leaders who are quite advanced in years. Do you think that older people make better leaders? Explain your opinion.

In case of young people, they prefer the young leader to older one because they desire some change and innovation.
On the contrary, older people think that the first condition of leader is the experience. That is why they are reluctant to choose a younger leader.
In my case, I have chosen the younger leaders at the election until now since I expect them to change old with new.
But almost of older leaders cannot do it because their prejudice and preconception.= But almost of older leaders cannot do it because of their prejudice and preconception.
Thus I would like to say that the younger leaders have possibility to absorb the rapid changes and reflect it to the society.
