yeah, when I worked at wineshop in hyundai department store.
There are=were many kinds of customers. most of them were not informed well in=about the wine but just few of them were experts. so I always asked some questions to them to recommend the suitable wine. like “what is ur favorite wine” or “which do you prefer dry one or sweet one”.
then my customers always were=were always satisfied in=with my service. so I think also=also think that, I can give satisfaction to the customer= customers in meltwater.
