  The given bar chart illustrates changes in the amount of financial supports from 6 different developed countries to developing country since 2008 in an year interval in billion dollar scale. It seems clear that the USA was the most dominant nation in helping other poorer nations among the others. In general, there were a lot of changes in their figure of the donation from listed countries to poorer countries during the whole research period. Looking at the details, the USA was the biggest donor of aids to other countries. While the amount given by the USA roughly 18.5 billion dollars to poorer countries in 2008, but it decreased at around $ 17 billion in 2009 and then it began to increase significantly to slightly less than 25 billion dollars in 2010. Taking a look at middle groups, UK, Germany, Japan had similar fluctuant patterns. The amount from the UK waved within a range from roughly $ 8 billion to $ 10 billion. The figures for Germany and Japan recorded between approximately 6 billion dollars to 7.5 billion dollars during the survey period. Netherland and Sweden spent the lowest amount of aids among the listed countries, but they had totally opposite trends in these three consecutive years. The amount from Netherland followed a downward trend; it fell steadily from roughly $5 billion dollar to $4 billion. While, the figure for Sweden rose from approximately 3 billion dollars to approximately 5 billion dollars
