  . It could seem to pose a threat to our citizens but, as far as road security is concerned, nothing is better than giving a huge penalty to drivers. Especially, they are living in a free market society so they have to follow up social rules. On the other hand, I believe that there are some feasible alternatives we can take. First of all, we should approach these problems in fundamental aspects. Basically, the reason why people break laws is that the lack of education relevant to driving would contribute to create this phenomenon. Thus, when drivers prepare or take the examination in actual road tests. It is possible to make the test more difficult in order to make them study hard. In addition, governments should invest more on their traffic infrastructure. Particularly there are some installments that can reduce or prevent incidents on the read such as road bumpers, speed bumpers and speed cameras. By installing these facilities, we can reduce the number of accidents we could experience. As a result, using other measures also could give an awareness to drivers through doing these actions. In conclusion, there are convincing arguments both for and against imposing a huge penalty to offend drivers. But I am convinced that the drawbacks of using huge punishments far outweigh its advantages.
