  During my training, I acquired diverse things about education, but I will tell you three things. First, I learned how to relate with students. They like that teacher listen to their troubles, feelings and hopes. So I tried to listen to what they said carefully. Second, I learned how to motivate students to study. I thaught and tried a lot of motivation methods. For example, they like watching short video clip and guess what there is in a "guessing box". Third, I learned how to deal with students. I can use some skills to make them concentrate me and make them be quiet and so on.
