  Nevertheless, I believe that other factors can influence on people¡¯s decision of choosing jobs. First of all, most occupations which offer a relatively high salary have a rat race atmosphere in their working places. Therefore, these jobs are less likely to have mutual relationships and cooperative colleagues in a work place. Normally, people have their own limitation that handle pressure from stress and these characteristics allow companies to create competitive working atmosphere. Furthermore, another factor with considering the choice of a job is satisfaction and fulfilment. For instance, volunteering work requires a sacrifice and a sense of self-satisfaction from their employees. Many of them think a contribution they make is more important than just amount of money they earn. For these reasons why other factors except in the amount of salaries are more influential than money because even in our daily life it is really easy to find there people who think the money is just a number. In conclusion, there are convincing arguments both for and against money is a major factor to choose a job, but I am convinced that other factors could outweigh its counterparts
