As far as the role of governments is concerned, they need to foster an environment or public opinions protecting the environment by inducing laws and providing a proper education. Some nations tend to be more likely to devastate an environment in order to generate demands regardless of the consequences. In contrast, there is no organization that can restrain the destruction of the environment. Accordingly, we need to establish non-profit organization giving a caution to governments which tend to be acting selfishly. Furthermore, governments should institutionalize an educational infrastructure associated with green taxes that impose a tax depending on the amount of carbon footprint they made. These new ways of imposing taxes could encourage eco-friendly companies to conserve mother nature, while it can discourage the act of exploiting the environment. This is because, in the materialistic society, nothing is powerful than amount of money and most people use resources easily due to the lack of education. So it would be working as primary contributors to inheriting these picturesque sceneries to offspring.

For the reasons mentioned above, I strongly agree with the opinion that environment problem is no longer to be considered as a small task. Therefore, both individuals and governments should play a proper role in tackling about the exacerbation of environment.
