Q) How do you react when you encounter a homeless person?

When I see homeless persons, I feel pity for them.

However, actually I have not helped them.

I just wonder the reason why they are homeless.

In the past, I thought that they have = had to make an effort,. But now I don't think about that anymore. I think they just don't want to make an effort.
