Yes, I do.

People lie sometimes without saying a word.

For example, they can lie with their face.

When they don't want to reveal their bad emotion, they lie by using their face.

I also lied to my mother that way before.

In = On that day, I took an exame = exam, and I got a bad grade. of the exam.

But,when I arrived home, I smiled to my mother.

Actually, I was so frustrated due to = because of my grade, but I didn't want her to notice my emotion.

If she knew my emotion = how I felt that time, she would worried = worry (be worried) more than me. =  I did.

Anyway, like my experience, there are many times when people lie without saying a word.
