There are many debates about the effect of new technology on developing countries. Some people believe that new technology will have good impact on developing countries wherease others believe that education is important to enhance the live standard. New technology can affect people in developing countries in a positive way. For example, the progress in transportation technology makes it easier for manufacturers of many developed countries to relocate its factories to developed countries. If technology were not developed, many factories would remained in developed countries, intensifying income inequality between wealth and poor countries. On the other hand , some people assert that free education is vital to improve quality of life. For example, many developed countries experienced radical growth in economic after offering free education to their citizens. Education helps people to have a deeper knowledge and high level technique, enabling people to raise their income. Income inequality usually stems from the opportunity to get high level education. I think that new technology and free education are equally important to improve quality of life in developing countries. One cannot supersede another. Free education is pivotal to use the new technology in the beneficial way. Without the education, people are not able to fully use the new technology.
