First, I wish my work place would be located in the area near mountains and rivers, or the ocean. The air would be very clear and the sight=scenery would be very beautiful. So people would come to the office as if they take a walk or excercise in the park.

Second, that would be in a single-story building. When you work in high rise building, you can't see people or co-workers very often. I think a single-story building will sugest a favorable circumstaces=conditions for communicating with others.

Finally, there would like to be some facilities. For example, the employee lounge, coffee&snack bar, excercise=exercise room, smoking room, or sleeoing=sleeping room. If there is a=an infant caring facility, nothing can be better than this.

These facilities may help the employees think that their employer is a very humane and a good man, and really competent leader. They would have a big loyalty and respect for their company. So procuctivity=productivity get better and finally the company get growing for great enterprise.
