I know that stress and pressure is a part of my job because.  I work better under pressure.
Having a lot of assignment to work on and deadlines help me stay motivated.
When I started working as a overseas sales staff, I realized that I need to be familiar with international trading and company's products which we are sellng.
So, I put myself to be under pressure to study trading flows and company's items.
As a result, I could know how it works and what I have to do for trading for the team very well.

For example, I didn't have a background in international trading and all I knew was just a little information.
