When I look back my entire life. =  When I looked back on my life in the past
I realized that it is not easy to accompllish = accomplish everything which I really wanted in my life.
So, I continually try it to obtain it such as a entrance of unversity, getting a job etc. =  So I continually tried obtaining them, I've got some achievements, I was able to enter a good university and get a job after college, and so on. 
I've studied about life through failures than successes. = I've learned in life through failures and successes.
But I did it my way. I think that it is very valuable.
So, I think that My life's title is "try it again". =  So, I think "Try it Again" is the best title that fits the story of my life.
