To answer the question, I thought about what causes a happy family and a successful career. = I thought about factors on how to have a happy family and a successful career. To achieve these goals, one need to spend a lot of time to each other and take good care of them. A person has the limited time and energy and it is difficult to do our best in more than one task simultaneously. Therefore, trying to achieve both goals at the same time can be an excessive greed. In my opinion, there should be a period-division. That is, people can focus on caring family for some period and make stronger the relationship with their family. = That is, people can focus on taking good care of their family for some period of time and make the relationship stronger. Then, they can in turn concentrate on making a successful career. However, while doing this, they can (could) neglect a family member, but belief and understanding, which are formed before, could withstand this neglect (desertion) even though these need to be periodically recharged. In the conclusion, it is the proper timing and balance like seasaw that decide one’s success at home and workplace.
