Kei Hello! Good day! I am teacher Kei . I took up a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. On top of that, I recently passed the board exam for teachers. So, I am now a licensed professional teacher. Despite the challenges, I can confidently say that I enjoyed my time teaching my former students. Through that, I realized that I love teaching and I deeply care for my students. I have been teaching English since 2022. I taught English to my former grade 10 students through our internship in an online learning setup. I also have a year of teaching experience in a Blended learning setup. I taught Junior students online and face-to-face. It is not easy because I need to prepare my lessons and myself to teach in different teaching modalities every day. But blended learning taught me valuable skills in life such, as being flexible, time management skills, being creative in delivering my lessons, and knowing how to handle my students, and it has improved my English teaching and communication skills. Moreover, I want to share that I have loved reading since when I was in high school up to now. So, I hope I get to continue teaching others English and I hope I can share with them my love for reading English books. Just like you, I studied English for almost 16 years in school and I am continuing to develop my English skills. Just like me, I know you can learn the language too and I am here to help you.

For me, teaching isn't just about sharing facts; it's about nurturing my students' growth, sparking their curiosity, and guiding them to realize their potential. I'm driven by a deep passion to empower others and make a positive impact on their lives through education. I have tutored children aged 10 below from 2021 to 2023. I also mentored or helped college students from different universities and teachers as well regarding their research or thesis paper. One thing that I truly believe based on my experience is that every learner is unique. I have mastered the approach needed for teaching learners of a certain age, considering the behavior, level, pace, and special attributes of these students.

Krishna Hello! My name is Krishna. I am a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education - major in English. I was also a high school teacher before where I taught English subjects to junior high school students. Teaching has always been my passion ever since I started to volunteer in Church programs as a youth teacher when I was only twelve years old. I know that learning a new language can be very challenging, but I also know that through continuous practice you can definitely reach your goal! I have been teaching English language to students from beginner to advanced level since 2019. I taught subjects like reading, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary to students from different ages. I was also a coach for writing and speaking for almost a year where I was able to help numerous students win competitions in a divisional level. Learning a new language or skill may be difficult, but it doesn’t mean that it cannot be fun. So together, let us have fun while learning!

Laine Hi, I'm Laine! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and I have been teaching Korean and Japanese students since 2014. I have experienced both face-to-face and online classes, and I can safely say I have taught students from all ages - the youngest would be 2 years old and the oldest are already in their 60's. With this I can easily recognize the student's strengths and areas he/she needs to improve on and adjust the lesson accordingly. Most of my students would describe me as a lively and humorous teacher, and that I'm a good listener. Aside from free talk conversations, I also specialize in grammar, writing, and other fundamentals of English. Before becoming an English teacher, I was a researcher, later on promoted as a segment producer for 3 years in a huge television station in the Philippines. I thought I was realizing my dream of being a writer back then, but with some unfortunate events which turned out to be a blessing in disguise, I landed a career in English teaching and since then I never wanted anything else. I found happiness and a great sense of fulfillment in this career. Outside work I love trying out different things and hobbies. I believe in the saying "I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret things I haven't." So in my younger years I was involved in theater, school newspaper, and cosplaying activities. I was even a member of rock band! Can you imagine that? Recently, I'm into cooking and vlogging. I can't wait to meet you all in class! Let's learn English and share some laughs :)

Levi Hello! Welcome to Happy English! I am Teacher Levi. I have graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English. I was hesitant to take this course at first, because of my low self-esteem and incompetency. However, as the time goes by, I overcame my fears and became a better communicator now. I realized that with courage and perseverance you'll be able to conquer your fears. I've been wanting to apply this process to my students who are having difficulties in speaking the foreign language. It may be tough but fulfilling once succeeded. It's been a long time now since I've started teaching English and it's very satisfying to see my students grow and improve. I am fond of teaching. liezel Hello everybody! I'm Teacher Liezl . I'm the eldest and the only girl in the family. I took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the University of Perpetual Help. My hobbies include reading, swimming, doing yoga, singing and listening to music. I am also very fond of Literature, Psychology and History. I love learning different languages and dialects, too, such as Korean, Mandarin, and Spanish. But I can say that Mandarin is the easiest one for me! I have tons of interests because I'm the kind of person who loves learning and experimenting. I have been working as an ESL Teacher since 2011. I was barely nineteen when I started teaching Korean and Chinese students. Lori Hello, I am teacher Lori, and I'm thrilled to be your new English teacher. I am a licensed professional teacher and have finished my degree in Bachelor of Elementary Education last 2018. During my free time, I am interested in playing badminton, hiking, ang camping together with my family.
